Hello Kerrilee,
My name is Louann Giberson from Port Republic Nj. First I would like to tell you I am a big fan of yours and I love how you help people that get ripped off. Anyway I hope you can help me.
My son and I are both readers and we enjoy sitting on the sofa wrapped in a blanket while reading so you can only guess what happened when my 12 year old son seen an ifnomersial on an item called the SNUGGIE it is a blanket with sleeves for people who like to sit and read. Yes you guessed it he fell in love with the idea and told me thats what he wants for Christmas, so I waited for the chance to call when he was not around and that is when I ran into the big rip off! I called the toll free number they give you on T.V.when I called it from my cell phone they said I would get a text message for more info. I did it said that I would be charged a fee for the message and to dial another number to get more info so after the charge I did not call the other number.
So I then went next door the my mother-in-laws house and called from a land line and this is when I really got mad! I called the toll free number (18006312938) I got a voice message that I had to call a different number for more assistance and that I would be getting charged again for a toll call to get the assistance. so I thought OK I’ll pay the toll call after all this is the only thing my son asked for, for Christmas. So I dialed the number (1015158000) then I get yet another voice message asking me what city and state! so I ask for an operator and they hug up on me. So I called 411 and asked them for help yet another fee that person told me to call the operartor so I did so and she told me she cant help me so after all the calls and all the fees I still can’t order the SNUGGIE for my son. So what I am asking you is can you help me first of all to get to the bottom of this so I can grant my son’s only Christmas wish and also to help other people to not get caught up i n this rip off of calling all over the world and getting charged for something that I think should be stopped!
I am runnig out of time! please get back to me if you can come up with why this is so hard to order! I hope that this will make the news for all to see NOT to get sucked into this RIP OFF.

Thank you and may god bless you and your family this Holiday, Louann

Bad deal! I saw that commercial too. I even watched the whole thing. It’s a shame what happened to you trying to purchase that item for you and your son. KL may be able to pull some strings to expose your situation,I don’t know for sure, but Jeff Cole can! Screw that Co.! Get your son a nice warm adult male robe. It’s the same thing, and probably warmer! Wish you well with your request. And Snuggie employees…if there is any???,start checkin’ out those “want ads”. Happy Holidays!!!(this is my own opinion, I don’t speak for KL!)

Dear Kerrilee:
The correct name of the airport in Charlotte NC is Charlotte-Douglas…not Charles Douglas.
Please have a producer correct this before the next newcast.
Thanks
C. Lawton

Loved</b the red brassiere you sported tonight, Kerri-Lee! Couldn’t really focus on the news very much, though… something about a plane in a river somewhere…? Maybe a big football game coming up this weekend? Dunno really, but the see-through black sweater was a HUGE win for the people of Philadelphia. Thank you times one million!

KL, this is always a tough time of year to find fun things to do for me. is it possible for the station to do a story on fun things to do in Philly or surrounding Philly when you are bored “football is over can you tell”. bloggers, love to hear your ideas.

In response to Dorothy, she is taking some time away from TV. Let the rumors be brought down–she was not fired!!! She wants to spend some time with family. Who dosen’t love Jamie?!?!?! Wake up mornings with Good Day…All Local..All Morning..so start your morning tommorrow and everyday at 5pm to 9pm.

How many of you like me,are thinking it is getting old watching Brad Lidge, the closer of the Phillies come in to save a ballgame, just to let another one slip away? Its a good thing that they have a big lead right now,in the division. In the end they will win the division, but it may be time to pull the plug on Lidge.

We all know right now, that the offense is struggling, but they made a good comeback against the Astros, just to have Lidge come in and blow the save. I am sure it affects the players too. If the Phillies are going to win another World Series, they can’t put the ball in Lidge’s hands.

I have another thought for today. It has to do with Obama trying to get this health care thing to pass for the American People. He wants everyone to have health care which is fine, but what happens to all of the people that currently have health coverage through their job? Is that health care no longer in affect, because we are supposed to be covered through the federal government? That would mean,we would have one coverage. We wouldn’t have a choice but to go with the health care of the federal goverment. That would also mean that all these other providers would be out of a job, because they could no longer provide health care.

I look at it this way. If someone is not covered with a health care plan, then they have the option to go with the coverage the federal goverment provides,as long as they want to pay the premium. Those of us,who already have coverage through their jobs,or how ever else they got it are covered. Leave it at that.

Am I wrong in my way of thinking,in this is the way it is going to work? That is why we love America. We can think on our own,and we can make the choices, that we do in our daily lives. We benefit,in the way alot of other places don’t. Places where people live don’t have choices, because they are limited,to what they can have. The United States of America is a place of choice. That is the freedom given to us.
