Tony Talks– Do you buy what he’s saying?

Ok…..

When I figure out who Tony is……

I’ll tell ya.

You looked mahvelous in that segment btw.

I came on here to say I just saw Dr. Mike on tv with a model of a human brain.

I remember when he would come on tv with an actual brain.

That was still warm.

And thinking.

I guess this way, the studio doesn’t have to pay the actor.

I used to be a supervisor that worked in a place that hired a lot of people that didn’t have a good command of the English language.

I currently work in a hardware store and from time to time…..

people come in that don’t have a good command of the English language.

Although, I must say, on some occasions, after one of these exchanges, I have a feeling of relief as though I have just given birth.

On the OTHER hand….

There have been times in my life, and at the store, that people that have a good command of the English language have asked me a question….

and I answer to the best of my knowledge….

and if I don’t know the answer, I freely admit that I don’t know….

and then…

they wanna argue with me.

So, I guess what I’m saying is….

“Speaking English” isn’t the “be all, end all” that people make it out to be.

Ya really nailed the forecast, Bob.

But I liked mine better.

It’s not my fault the sun came up and the breeze stopped.

Some things are out of my control.

One thing I DO know…..

if I was in a restaurant and he started talking….

I wouldn’t know if he was outlining the menu….

or threatening to have my car towed.

Maybe he could get a job with Tony.

Apparently, they come from kitchens all over America.

And I find that more than a little bit scary.

Like the guy tonight that tasted the food…and put the spoon back in the pot.

That reminded me of the Three Stooges episode where Moe was painting with a cup of coffee next to the paint can…..

and he dipped the paintbrush into the coffee…..

and drank the paint.

I also wonder why people would dine at Hëll’s Kitchen.

Especially early in the season.

Don’t they watch tv ?

I always expect to see skeletons sitting at the tables.

If you ever go to Hëll’s Kitchen to eat, my advice would be to eat a big meal beforehand, and bring a lunch.

The winner of Hëll’s Kitchen gets to be the Head Chef at a restaurant for a year.

It’s kinda like…..

“Whoever passes this Driver’s Ed Course gets to be the Flight Leader of a squadron of Fighter Planes.”
