As part of our new FOX Faith segment, a reporter asked people who believe in angels for their stories.

Of course I believe in Angels. The Bible describes them as giants. Two are assigned to each believer to guide and protect. Of course it is WAY more valuable to believe in who they work for. They are Heavenly employees and they DO have a boss.

Great comment mace. I had a disturbing coversation with my sister the other day. She doesn’t believe. But like so many, she only believes that he exists only when somehting bad happens. i.e. How could God allow this to happen. When we stop taking God out of our schools and courts and try to live like Christ, things will get better. Sorry to be a bible thumper.

We know that ancient people made this up to calm peoples fear of death and to control the masses etc…. but they way that the world is today, its kind of nice to try to believe. btw happy friday KLites!!!!!!

Thanks DL. Of course my answer comes from study. It seems so hard to believe sometimes why bad things happen to good people. The bible says that God is a God of love and Wrath. It may be hard to belive that a God who loves us will also chastise us. He does call us His “children”. Sometimes children need a spanky to lead them in the right direction. Remember Jesus was sinless and died a horrible death. He healed showed countless miracles,fed the hungry and still they took His life, and God allowed this sacrifice. So of course anything can happen to anybody….. and yes Angels protect us until it our time has come. Thanks KL for this expression!

We are the sinners and when Adam took that bite it all started. The old Testimate has story after story of God showing his love and the people shortly there after everyone turning their back on God. We still are doing it today.

Yes I do believe in angels because I believe in God. He is the king of the universe and loves us so much. Since He desires a relationship with us, God protects us by sending His angels such as St. Michael the Archangel to defend us. God loves us so much and provides for our every day needs. Therefore, angels are a special gift to us.

My son was an infant having a procedure done checking his GI track, he had to be held down with a lead blanket and kept crying and actually stopped breathing once and had to be revived, I started to pray so fervently for God to send an angel to just hold him so he knew it was going to be ok, and in an instant he stopped crying and lie there just as still as could be and had a content look on his face and the prcedure was finished just like that…so yes I believe…that not the only time but one that impacted my life so much…Lisa

Angels work overtime to assist in all matters, but we can shut the door to them and face evil on our own… Good luck to those of us who choose this path! ‘Cause the angels of darkness will take the space left by the angels of light we reject and then we really have to fight oppositions and tribulation by our own means.
