Weekend Plans?

Time to start making them, it’s Friday folks!

We have earned this weekend after surviving vicious storms, and a ruthless (deadly) heatwave.  We have had some horrible headlines this week, but also some wonderful ones– either way, it’s time to let our hair down a little (if you can!!) and let loose a little.

I am taking a break from the shore to head to New York City.  It’s time to catch up with friends and former co-workers from various stops along the way, so I’m really looking forward to that.    I’ll try to take pictures and post if I can, check back and share some of yours too.

In the News:  It seems everyday I’m reading stories during our newscast that talk about job losses, cuts, lay offs, pink slips… Well, because I try to keep things as positive as possible on KLTV and I’m always looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, I thought this story was encouraging… CHECK IT OUT!
