I’m prepping for the 10, and for KLTV tonight.
Our topic: The Vanity Fair cover featuring the McCain’s in a similar set up to the Obama’s in their “New Yorker” Magazine cover. Only there are some key differences that have bloggers all over, talking about the intentions of both magazines.
So tell me– do you find the covers offensive? Boring? Creative? Clever? Stupid?
And WHY

Hi Everyone, Happy Thursday!!
Thankfully the storms have passed (wasn’t that scary lightning and thunder?) and the day has been a beautiful one. Gorgeous temperatures, no humidity, wonderful sunshine… life is good.
I am sitting in the studio right now waiting to tape topicals, and this is literally the only time I have been sitting at a computer for any length of time today, and able to post a blog.
This is going to be a little vanilla, I will add some more later, but BLOG! Tell me what’s going on in your world.
(I know blogger “Chris B” got a new kitchen– thanks for the pics!!)

its a fine day KL. last night was a little scary , i was in the shower when a bolt hit near the house. thought i was a goner for a sec. also my cat hid under the couch all night!

Well, the Mets are in first place . . . being from NY . . I am thrilled.
Please do not tar and feather me. I am a peaceful Mets fan. Really.
Will be bidding a tearful adieu to Shea at the end of the season. I had alot of FUN times there . . .
Trying to decide what to do this weekend. . . May go to a comedy club - I deperately need a good laugh.

i thought the New Yorker cover was clever (and accurate) now Vanity Fair is kind of just recycling someone elses ideas.
