Big week of fun stuff coming up. Here’s a few highlights.
The Mojito Olympics are taking place tonight at the Rum Bar at 20th and Walnut. We’ll find out who makes the fastest, best, and most creative mojito in town.
One of the funniest movies of all time, Airplane, is showing at the Schuylkill Banks, by the Walnut Street Bridge on Thursday.
Popped Music Festival is going on all weekend. This looks like a blast. Lots of great music all over the city this weekend, including Slick Rick, Vampire Weekend, and the Capitol Years.
And finally, the Summer Solstice Celebration at the Kimmel Center on Saturday, including quizzo hosted by yours truly at 10 p.m. that night.
