Go Loco at Moko!

I do!

I go totally crazy over their clever, beautiful, and unique products.   Some of the brands are local, others are from France, but all of them are things you probably have never seen or tried before.

If you are going out in Old City ladies, stop here first.  You’ll get your hair blown out, your eyebrows done, makeup applied, and you can buy the perfect hostess gift for the cocktail party your girlfriend is having.

I wrote about MOKO in my first ”Philadelphia Style” magazine column that comes out in the July/August issue.

When I was there most recently, they showed me this product called, “Serious Lip Plump.”  I tried it, and maybe it was psychological, but I swear my lips felt and looked full and plump, it was AWESOME.

Now you can go visit MOKO too, it’s in Old City, and they’re having a big bash to celebrate their new home.

I agree! MOKO in Old City is truly a little jewel whose time has come—- my haircut is always purrrfect! And had my eyebrows done (never could get them quite right myself)they look great. I’m using (and loving) Malie Coconut Vanilla Body Cream and my husband loves the scent of it on me!

Went to the grand opening last night! I must say the shop is beautiful as well as the products. Used the pratima cleanser this morning and my face feels amazingly clean.

Hey all,

I go loco over MOKO all the time. It doesn’t hurt that I walk right by it every day when I go to work! The grand opening party was a blast and very, very packed. WHOOO!! I am glad I rsvp’ed which I don’t usually do because there was a gatekeeper there, a nice man named Edwin who was keeping to the guest list.

I went in the other day to get some make up tips from Kelly. I got some Jane Iredale blush and bronzer and I really do see a difference on air. I look more natural and it’s a pretty look. I also like the fact that if I have questions about products I buy, I just go there and they explain it to me again or demonstrate/apply it on. It’s an open door and that feels good. Sometimes when I walk in to major department store counters I feel like they are just pushing things on me but really, I don’t feel that way. It makes me feel very comfortable and that’s probably why for the first time ever, I had a face treatment there done. I got my eyebrows waxed! GASP!!! I know, I know. I have never felt comfortable giving over my face for any of that waxing, facial business but I have gotten to know the MOKO posse well enough to do it. I love it! Kelly says I have over tweezed in the wrong places and I’m not even :p yah, it’s getting fixed and we are working on it. Anyway, great place to pick a little pick me up and more.

The people are so nice there and helpful. Gabrielle gave me a (fantastic) facial and recommended a shampoo (scalp rescue) that has since replaced my old shampoo that was irritating me.

Cheers
